As soon as you place an order, Australia Post will handle all of our delivery.

    • Orders within Australia is usually around a few days to a week after being shipped.
    • The expected shipping time for international orders is up to 2 - 8 weeks from the date of purchase.

    • The delay in shipping times may be attributed to a high volume of orders. We appreciate your patronage, and this surge in demand has resulted in processing and fulfillments taking longer than usual.

  3. COVID-19 Impact:

    • The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has created unprecedented challenges for the logistics and shipping industry. Social distancing measures, supply chain disruptions, and increased safety protocols have affected shipping schedules.
  4. Tracking Orders: 
    • For orders within Australia, all shipments will be provided a tracking number. However, for international orders, shipping will be untracked by default to maintain cost-effectiveness.
    • CA THE LABEL hereby disclaims any liability for delays, lost parcels, inconveniences, or damages arising from mailer services, whether domestic or international. Upon dispatch, all responsibility is transferred to our couriers. Any issues during delivery should be addressed directly with the courier company. Additionally, CA THE LABEL is not liable for any international customs or fees incurred.
